Among the many governmental agencies that has engaged the Firm's representation, Don A. Rouzan & Associates' attorneys have represented a quasi-public/private railroad company for almost a decade. Our attorneys have successfully represented this railroad in two major jury trials in 2008 and 2014, receiving Zero-Verdicts on behalf of the railroad on both occasions. The Firm also serves as Special Counsel to the New Orleans City Council, handling matters ranging from litigation to general counsel and advice. Moreover, the Firm also represents one of the City's major utility providers in all manner of litigation.
